The Humongous Dovregubben

Perhaps, the largest kind of giant troll creatures are the humongous “Dovregubben” . Due to their enormous sizes, they often cause damages to large structures especially the electrical fences that prevents them from entering the residential areas. Dovregubben inhabits the mountainous regions, thus they are classified as “Mountain Trolls” . In the Troll Hunter movie , this gigantic monster was the last troll creature encountered by the group of amateur film-makers. They get to see Hans took it down in action with his special and powerful beam of light . Despite of its size, these monsters can be quite hard to notice. You will only be able to know its presence by the large stomping of their feet that shakes the ground.

The Terrifying Raglefant

One of the most terrifying giant troll creature that you do not want to come across in the forest are the “Raglefant” . Some call this monster “Raglefinch” . A fully grown creature of this kind usually have around three to four times the size of an adult human being. Just like the Three-Headed Tusseladd, Raglefant creatures are categorized as “Woodland Trolls” . In the Troll Hunter film , Hans got attacked by one armed Raglefant . This does not mean that they are one-armed creatures. They actually have two arms. Maybe, the one featured on the movie got into a fight with another troll where one of its arm got ripped off. Most importantly, when it happens that you encounter this kind of giant troll , do not hesitate to run and escape out from its sight.

Three-Headed Tusseladd

The Three-Headed Tusseladds' are Norwegian creatures with enormous sizes and heights comparable to the tallest trees. As they gain more age, they develop more additional heads. Since majority of them do have three heads, they are referred as three-headed giant trolls. Although, they can actually grow more than three heads where the limit is unknown. In the Troll Hunter movie , Hans claimed that these gigantic monsters can have up to nine total heads . Three-Headed Tusseladds are considered as "Woodland Trolls" because they dwell in the thick forest areas. Again, on the film, when the crew went along with the troll hunter in the deep forest for the first-time. Several gigantic monsters suddenly chased them down and they were fortunately just lucky enough to have survive the attack.
